Find your User ID and API ID in your DocuSign Account

In order to activate your NAV SEAL DocuSign Integration App, you are going to need the 2 following parameters from your DocuSign Account:
  1. User ID
  2. API Account ID
To retrieve them you can access the following URLs depending on if you are in Developer Account or Production Account:
  1. DEVELOPER ACCOUNT: https://admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys
  2. PRODUCTION ACCOUNT: https://admin.docusign.com/apps-and-keys
Once you logged into your account, you should land on the following page (information has been blurred for privacy):

 


You can now copy the values in highlighted so that you are ready to activate the App in Business Central.

If the link above is not working it is possible to navigate to the page following these steps from your DocuSign Account Home page.

1) Select "Settings":

 

2) Scroll down in the left section of the page:

 

3) Once you reach the "Integrations" group in the left section of the page, locate and click on the "Apps and Keys" link:

 

4) Copy the User ID and API Account ID from that page:
