1) Search for the "DocuSign Setup" page in Business Central:
You will arrive on this page:
2) Select the correct value for the "Enable Developer Environment" flag in the DocuSign Parameters section of the page:
- If you are in Production, the flag should be OFF or UNCHECKED.
- If you are in a Sandbox, the flag should be ON or CHECKED.
3) Paste the User ID and API Account ID that you copied from your DocuSign Account. The page should look like this after:

4) Check the "Active" flag in the "General" section to activate the App:
A new tab will open in your browser with a DocuSign sign in page that will ask you to sign into your DocuSign Account.
This is happening, because you need to authorize the NAV SEAL DocuSign eSignature Integration App to use your account.
6) Sign in
Once you sign in, you will see the following message:
7) VERY IMPORTANT: Click on "Allow Access". If you close the tab or select "Cancel", you will have to start this process over.
You will be redirected to the following page:
At this point, you can close the tab and go back to your Business Central DocuSign Setup page. You will notice that the "App Consent Requested" flag has now been checked:
You should see the following message:
You will receive the following message:

The Job Queue entry is by default set to run every 20 minutes. You can change the interval in case you want it to run with a different interval
10) Allow HttpClient Request
To allow the DocuSign Extension to communicate externally the Extension must be setup to do so. In Extension Management locate the Document Signature extension, select it and a page like this will show. Make sure to activate like this:
