- Flexible recipient roles — Signer, Carbon Copy, Agent, Certified Delivery, Editor, or Intermediary, so you can model exactly who needs to sign, review, or just receive a copy
- Multi-step routing — sequence recipients in order, or let several act in parallel before moving to the next step, mixing sequential and parallel approvals in the same envelope
- Real-time status tracking — see envelope and per-recipient status (Sent, Delivered, Signed, Completed, Declined, Voided) right on the document
- Automatic delivery failure detection — bounced emails are caught automatically; permanent bounces void the envelope, transient ones trigger an alert so someone can step in

- Two-way data sync — DocuSign fields (template fields, sender fields, and custom fields) can now write values back into Business Central automatically once an envelope completes, not just send data out
- New recipient roles — Certified Delivery and Editor join Signer, Carbon Copy, and Agent, giving you more precise control over who signs, reviews, or edits before signing
- Confidential Templates — mark a template Confidential and every envelope, document, and signed file it produces is automatically restricted to authorized users only
- Signed documents auto-filed — completed signatures and the Certificate of Completion now attach themselves to the source document automatically, with a Completed At timestamp for quick reference
- Streamlined sending — every envelope now goes through the same guided, step-by-step wizard, making the send experience simpler and more consistent
